IT Sales Account Manager – Managed Services

About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT Sales Account Manager to join our growing team in the UAE. You will be responsible for building long‑term client relationships and driving new business across Managed IT Services, Cloud, Cybersecurity, and IT Infrastructure solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage client relationships across the UAE.
• Drive new business for Managed IT Services, Cloud, Cybersecurity, and IT Infrastructure solutions.
• Identify, prospect, and convert new customers into long‑term clients.
• Manage the complete sales cycle—from lead generation and client meetings to proposal submission, negotiation, and deal closure.
• Collaborate with pre‑sales and technical teams to deliver tailored IT solutions.
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.

Required profile

• 5+ years of IT sales or account management experience in the UAE.
• Proven experience selling Managed IT Services, Cloud Solutions, IT Infrastructure, Microsoft Solutions, Cybersecurity, or Networking & Enterprise Solutions.
• Strong new‑business development skills through cold calling, networking, referrals, and LinkedIn.
• Experience managing SME and enterprise customers.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Valid UAE driving licence preferred; MSP experience is a strong advantage.
