IT Sales & Telecaller – Junior Sales Development Executive

About the role

We are seeking a confident and organised Junior Sales Development & Client Follow‑Up Executive to support our sales team in Dubai. You will engage with potential clients from our existing database, introduce our IT services, and help generate new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Make daily outbound calls to prospects and introduce company services.
• Qualify leads based on interest, budget, and decision timeline.
• Book meetings, consultations, or follow‑up calls for senior sales staff.
• Maintain regular communication with interested clients until a clear next step is agreed.
• Follow up on quotations, proposals, and pending decisions.
• Update lead information, call notes, and next steps in the CRM or tracking sheet.
• Re‑engage older or inactive leads in the database.
• Coordinate with senior team members and escalate important client questions.
• Prepare daily or weekly reports on calls, leads, and meetings.

Required profile

• Strong spoken and written English with a professional telephone manner.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls each day.
• Excellent organisational and follow‑up abilities.
• Positive, persistent, and target‑oriented attitude.
• Willingness to learn the company’s services and sales process.
• Previous experience in telesales, business development, or lead generation is preferred.

What we offer
