IT Senior Sales Executive

About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT Senior Sales Executive to lead a small team and drive B2B technology sales across the UAE and GCC. The role combines sales leadership, business development and full‑cycle sales management for software and digital solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and manage a team of 1‑2 Sales Executives, set targets and monitor performance.
• Generate new business through networking, cold outreach, strategic partnerships and market research.
• Present and demonstrate CRM, workflow automation, custom applications and integrated platforms to prospective clients.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead qualification to contract closure and handover to project teams.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, a healthy pipeline (minimum three‑times monthly target) and provide regular forecasts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT or related field.
• Minimum 3 years B2B sales experience with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Proven track record of achieving monthly sales targets exceeding AED 250,000.
• Strong understanding of the UAE SME market and B2B sales landscape.

Required skills

• Experience selling CRM systems.
• Experience with ERP solutions.
• Knowledge of SaaS and workflow automation platforms.
• Ability to manage sales pipelines and CRM tools effectively.
