About the role
The IT Specialist provides first- and some second-level support for property and above‑property technology systems. Working under supervision, the role involves routine repairs, installations, and maintenance while adhering to Marriott guidelines.
Key responsibilities
- Perform break‑fix repairs, installations, and maintenance on all property‑based technologies.
- Follow Marriott ISMs and SOPs to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Assist guests and staff with technology‑related service needs.
- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets.
Required profile
- University or college degree or equivalent work experience.
- At least 2 years of related IT support experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
Required skills
- Knowledge of technology equipment and processes.
- Familiarity with Marriott proprietary technologies.
- Experience using computers and Point of Sale (POS) systems.
