About the role
Join Marriott Hotels & Resorts as a Junior Bartender at Above Eleven, where you’ll create memorable guest experiences beyond just mixing drinks. You’ll be the host of the bar space, delivering innovative beverages and attentive service.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and serve drinks while staying current with trends and local offerings.
- Maintain a flawless bar appearance and functionality.
- Engage with guests, anticipate their needs, and provide exceptional service.
- Handle cash and transactions accurately, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Perform physical duties such as lifting up to 25 lb, standing for long periods, and moving around the bar area.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- At least 1 year of related bartending or hospitality experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
Required skills
- Basic knowledge of beverage preparation and service.
- Ability to work safely and follow company policies.
