About the role
The Junior Auditor will support internal audit activities for ADIB Group in Abu Dhabi, performing audits assigned by GIA Management and assisting with planning, fieldwork, and reporting.
Key responsibilities
- Execute audit programs, update audit plans and complete field work within schedule and budget.
- Prepare comprehensive audit work papers, evidence and documents in the Audit Management System for review.
- Discuss audit findings with the Lead Auditor and support the review of corrective action plans.
- Adhere to GIA methodology, maintain audit quality and achieve personal KPIs.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in commerce, accounting or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Preferred certifications: CIA, CPA, ACCA or ACA.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
Required skills
- Understanding of audit methodology and audit planning.
- Ability to prepare and maintain audit work papers and documentation.
