About the role
Noon is building a fast, customer‑centric e‑commerce ecosystem across the Middle East. The Junior Buyer will support vendor selection, manage partnerships and help drive sales and margins for our hyper‑local delivery platform.
Key responsibilities
- Manage vendor selection, negotiate terms and maintain strong supplier relationships.
- Perform weekly stock and sales analysis to ensure brands meet sales plans and profitability targets.
- Review deliveries against sales targets, category mix and stock levels to achieve turnover goals.
- Analyze product pricing and market trends to inform pricing strategy and maintain budgetary control.
- Identify strong and weak selling items, report findings and adjust selection strategy accordingly.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Some exposure to the e‑commerce industry.
- Strong stakeholder management, influencing and negotiation abilities.
- Strategic commercial thinker with solid analytical and critical thinking skills.
