Junior Draftsman – Renovation & Fit‑out

About the role

Revive Building Contracting LLC is seeking a motivated Junior Draftsman to support its high‑end residential renovation and fit‑out projects in Dubai. You will work closely with design, engineering and site teams to produce accurate construction drawings.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and update AutoCAD drawings for renovation and fit‑out projects.
• Conduct site visits, take accurate measurements and create floor plans, elevations, sections and detailed drawings.
• Produce existing‑condition and as‑built drawings and revise them based on site conditions.
• Coordinate drawing sets with design, engineering and site teams and assist with authority and technical drawing requirements.
• Maintain organized drawing files, revisions and support project teams during execution.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Drafting, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and ability to translate site measurements into drawings.
• Good understanding of architectural and fit‑out drawings with strong attention to detail.
• UAE renovation, fit‑out or construction experience is preferred.
• Immediate or short‑notice availability is preferred.
