Key Account Manager – Fashion Brand

About the role

We are seeking a sales‑driven Key Account Manager to represent the Jack & Jones brand across the UAE and GCC markets. This position offers ambitious retail leaders the chance to move from store management to overseeing the brand’s performance with multiple wholesale partners.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers at wholesale partners (e‑commerce, brick‑and‑mortar, multi‑brand retailers, CBO).
• Identify, acquire, and onboard new wholesale partners to expand market presence.
• Present collections, guide assortment selection, and negotiate orders to achieve seasonal sell‑in targets.
• Monitor sell‑through, analyze sales data and market trends, and support partners in optimizing product performance.
• Ensure consistent brand representation and positioning in all partner stores.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide collection feedback and market insights.
• Contribute to sales planning and help achieve regional growth targets.
• Report regularly to the Country Sales Manager.

Required profile

• Strong sales personality with a passion for building relationships and closing deals.
• Experience in e‑commerce, fashion retail or wholesale (e.g., analyst, buyer, store manager, area manager, sales manager).
• Good understanding of the UAE and GCC fashion/retail market.
• Knowledge of retail KPIs, product performance, and commercial decision‑making.
• Outgoing communication and networking skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands‑on approach.
• Analytical thinking and ability to work with sales data.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.
