Key Account Manager – Food Delivery Partnerships

About the role

Careem is seeking a Key Account Manager to lead and expand strategic partnerships with top restaurant brands in Dubai. You will be responsible for driving order growth, optimizing operational performance, and enhancing partner engagement through data‑driven insights and tailored marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Own assigned restaurant accounts as the primary point of contact, managing day‑to‑day relationships.
• Develop and execute growth plans using advertising, promotions, and strategic initiatives to boost partner performance.
• Analyze performance data to identify improvement opportunities and drive operational excellence.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Supply, Finance, Marketing, Business Development) to align on growth objectives and ensure seamless execution.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and implement initiatives that increase revenue and profitability.

Required profile

• 3‑4+ years of experience in account management, sales, or partnerships, preferably in food tech, food delivery, or FMCG.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a data‑driven mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Results‑oriented and capable of managing multiple stakeholders.
