Key Account Manager – Luxury Retail

About the role

Genius is seeking a dynamic Key Account Manager to drive sales and business development across the GCC and Egypt for its luxury retail portfolio. You will be responsible for expanding brand presence, managing retail partnerships, and ensuring optimal product availability.

Key responsibilities

• Implement sales and business development plans to meet regional targets.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to uncover growth opportunities.
• Identify and secure new retail locations or partners aligned with brand positioning.
• Coordinate with clients and retail partners to guarantee brand representation and product availability.
• Monitor stock levels and support replenishment orders across assigned territories.
• Oversee merchandising and promotional activities to maintain brand standards.
• Assist in visual merchandising campaigns and ensure brand visibility in stores.
• Prepare sales reports, performance reviews, and market analysis.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, finance) for seamless execution.
• Participate in retail staff training and share product knowledge.
• Travel frequently across GCC and Egypt to visit stores and meet partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 4–5 years of sales, distribution, or business development experience, preferably in eyewear, beauty, pharmaceuticals, FMCG, or similar sectors.
• Prior exposure to UAE/GCC markets.
• Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written) is a plus.
• Strong communication, coordination, and relationship‑building abilities.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and multitasking capability.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Willingness to travel frequently across the region.
