Key Account Manager – Risk & Business Continuity

About the role

The Key Account Manager will act as the primary liaison between Ceva Logistics and strategically important clients, focusing on risk management and business continuity solutions. You will ensure client satisfaction, drive revenue growth, and serve as a trusted advisor on operational, reputational, and regulatory risks.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture long‑term relationships with key accounts, understanding their risk profiles and continuity needs.
• Lead RFQ processes, coordinate with product leaders, and secure contract sign‑offs.
• Prepare and present regular performance reports and business reviews to internal and client stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (products, support, operations) to deliver tailored solutions and maintain service excellence.
• Conduct risk assessments, plan testing, and facilitate client workshops on business continuity.
• Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activity to proactively advise clients.
• Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets and KPIs.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 month of relevant experience in account management, risk, or business continuity.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to understand complex client environments.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented attitude and ability to work across multiple internal teams.
