Key Account Manager – US & EU Marketplace

About the role

We are looking for a strategic and results‑driven Key Account Manager to lead our marketplace presence across the United States and Europe. Based in Dubai, you will own the P&L for major platforms such as Amazon, Walmart and Allegro, driving revenue and profitability while shaping the overall marketplace strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual and quarterly sales strategies for Amazon (US/EU), Walmart and Allegro.
• Own revenue, profitability and overall health of all designated marketplace accounts.
• Collaborate with supply‑chain and logistics teams to forecast inventory, avoid stockouts and manage FBA and WFS operations.
• Coordinate Trading and PLA Account Executives to align pricing, advertising and content with business goals.
• Identify new product opportunities and lead successful launches in US and European markets.
• Prepare and present monthly and quarterly business reviews to senior leadership.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in e‑commerce or marketplace management, preferably with Amazon, Walmart and EU platforms.
• Proven track record of managing multi‑million‑dollar accounts and delivering year‑over‑year revenue growth.
• Deep understanding of marketplace algorithms, supply‑chain logistics and compliance requirements in both the US and EU.
• Strong leadership, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
