Key Account Manager – Wine & On‑Trade

About the role

Join a leading premium beverage distributor in Abu Dhabi as a Key Account Manager specialising in wine and on‑trade channels. You will represent an extensive portfolio of internationally recognised wines, building strong relationships with sommeliers, F&B leaders and hospitality operators to grow distribution and market share.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of premium on‑trade accounts across Abu Dhabi.
• Build commercial relationships with sommeliers, beverage managers, buyers and hospitality operators.
• Drive wine distribution, listings, volume and revenue across key customers.
• Negotiate trading terms, commercial agreements and promotional activities.
• Deliver wine tastings, customer presentations and product education.
• Analyse account performance and identify growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years commercial sales experience within the on‑trade sector.
• Strong wine knowledge, preferably with WSET Level 3 (Level 2 minimum).
• Proven experience managing and developing key customer accounts.
• Confident negotiating listings, commercial terms and customer plans.
• Fluent written and spoken English; currently based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate.
