Key Account Specialist – End User (Dubai)

About the role

The Key Account Specialist – End User will drive DEWALT and STANLEY sales through channel partners in Dubai’s construction and oil & gas sectors. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with key accounts, expanding market share, and delivering product demonstrations and promotions.

Key responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales targets for the assigned territory.
• Develop and execute communication strategies to strengthen relationships with end‑users and trade partners.
• Present product solutions, conduct demonstrations, and organise on‑site training events.
• Identify and develop new distribution channels and manage inventory and market coverage.
• Collaborate with distributors, provide sales force training, and conduct bi‑weekly performance reviews.
• Introduce new product introductions (NPI) and gather market feedback for product management.
• Prepare and implement a go‑to‑market strategy to position DEWALT as the market leader in Dubai.

Required profile

• Strong customer focus with proven key‑account management experience.
• Ability to work collaboratively across functions and with external partners.
• Excellent planning, implementation, and communication skills.
• High energy, enthusiasm, and determination to meet sales objectives.
• Experience in sales promotions, activations, and merchandising within the construction or industrial sector.
