Kids Only Supervisor

About the role

The Kids Only Supervisor leads the children’s programme at One&Only Royal Mirage, ensuring a safe, engaging and personalised experience for young guests. Reporting to the Assistant Manager and, when required, to the Recreation Manager or Director of Sports & Leisure, the role combines team leadership with hands‑on service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome arriving families, distribute welcome kits and manage check‑in/out for children.
• Supervise and coordinate Counselors, Babysitters and attendants, ensuring smooth operation of all Kids Only areas.
• Enforce SOPs, risk assessments, health guidelines and company policies.
• Maintain up‑to‑date children profiles, including preferences, medical conditions and allergies.
• Promote participation in daily activities and special events such as Family Fun Fair, Easter and festive programmes.
• Develop new activities for the Kids Only programme and assist with resort‑wide family events.
• Oversee the Babysitting Department, including accurate data entry, payroll processing and administration of casual staff.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising children’s activities and staff in a hospitality or resort environment.
• Strong knowledge of safety procedures, risk assessments and health guidelines.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple programmes simultaneously.
• Ability to motivate a team and deliver high‑quality guest service.

Required skills

• Accurate data entry and record‑keeping.
• Basic payroll administration.
• Familiarity with the Fusion system for staff management.
