Lead Architect – Real Estate Development

About the role

We are looking for a highly experienced Lead Architect to join our Real Estate Development team in Business Bay, Dubai. You will be responsible for steering architectural design from concept through construction and handover for residential, commercial and mixed‑use projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the creation and development of architectural concepts for high‑rise and mixed‑use developments.
• Manage design coordination, consultant and contractor collaboration, and authority approval processes.
• Conduct technical reviews to ensure compliance with UAE building regulations, quality standards, budgets and timelines.
• Oversee construction detailing and project execution to deliver premium luxury developments.

Required profile

• Minimum 10–12 years of UAE experience in real estate development, consultancy or construction.
• Proven track record of delivering high‑rise projects of G+12 and above.
• Valid G+12/Unlimited Dubai Municipality approval permit.
• Active member of the Society of Engineers (SOE), UAE.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai authority approvals and UAE building regulations.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in Revit.
• Proficiency in SketchUp.
• Proficiency in Photoshop.
