Lead Key Account Manager – Modern Trade (Dubai)

About the role

Join Arla's enthusiastic sales team in the UAE as the Lead Key Account Manager, responsible for the top Modern Trade customer in Dubai. You will drive growth, manage P&L and shape the future of dairy in the region.

Key responsibilities

• Taking full P&L responsibility for Arla UAE's leading account.
• Leading the direct sales process to achieve or surpass volume, revenue, and profitability targets.
• Spearheading sales expansion by introducing new products and growth strategies across channels such as hypermarkets, supermarkets and e‑commerce.
• Collaborating with Marketing, Finance, Logistics and Operations to co‑develop strategies and plans.
• Developing short‑ and long‑term sales plans and leveraging customer marketing programs.
• Analyzing raw data using Nielsen/Dunnhumby to derive insights.
• Executing Net Revenue Management initiatives and strengthening customer relationships through joint business planning.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years experience with a globally recognized FMCG organization.
• Proven P&L management of a key account.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to convert data into insights.
• Fluency in English; French or Arabic a plus.
• Ability to work closely with internal stakeholders such as Marketing, Supply Chain and Field Sales.
