Lead Quality Assurance Engineer – Network Operations

About the role

Emirates is seeking a Lead Quality Assurance Engineer for its Network Operations team. You will be responsible for shaping quality engineering practices that directly impact live airline operations, ensuring that critical systems perform flawlessly for passengers worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement quality engineering processes for agile release trains.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects and software engineers to translate functional and non‑functional requirements into comprehensive end‑to‑end tests.
• Manage testing of cross‑team dependencies and ensure seamless integration across releases.
• Configure test tools to capture metrics for program and enterprise‑wide dashboards.
• Champion modern delivery practices, CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps principles to maintain a high‑quality product portfolio.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading QA initiatives in complex, high‑availability environments.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and release‑train coordination.
• Ability to work with diverse technical teams and drive quality standards across the organization.
