Leasing Officer – Property Leasing in Abu Dhabi

About the role

We are looking for a Leasing Officer to join our growing real‑estate team in Al Nahyan, Abu Dhabi. You will be the first point of contact for prospective tenants, managing the full leasing cycle from inquiry to handover while ensuring compliance with UAE tenancy regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Answer tenant inquiries, arrange property viewings and convert leads into signed leases.
• Manage the complete leasing process: listing, negotiation, contract preparation, signing and handover.
• Draft and review lease agreements, letters and reports with high accuracy.
• Handle lease renewals and rent negotiations, maintaining good relationships with landlords and tenants.
• Stay up‑to‑date with DARI, TAMM platforms and current UAE property laws.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.

Required profile

• Hands‑on leasing experience, preferably in the UAE market.
• Working knowledge of DARI, TAMM and UAE tenancy regulations.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented with excellent organisational abilities.
• Nice‑to‑have: familiarity with property‑management software or CRM tools; Arabic language skills.
