Legal Advisor – Dubai, UAE

About the role

We are a well‑established Dubai‑based law firm looking for an experienced Legal Advisor to join our growing practice. The role involves providing high‑quality legal advice to a diverse client base and managing complex legal matters across multiple UAE law domains.

Key responsibilities

• Handle sophisticated legal matters and provide strategic advice to corporate and international clients.
• Deal directly with Dubai Courts, the Public Prosecution, and UAE e‑litigation systems.
• Draft and review memoranda, submissions, contracts, and legal opinions with a high degree of precision.

Required profile

• Minimum 3‑4 years of legal experience within the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE legislation, including Civil, Criminal, Commercial & Corporate, Real Estate, and Personal Status law.
• Proven experience interacting with Dubai Courts and related authorities.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) and ability to communicate confidently with corporate and international clients.
• UAE legal license or professional accreditation is highly preferred.
