Legal Advisor

About the role

We are seeking a Legal Advisor to work directly with the Group CEO, ensuring the group's legal matters are well managed across multiple domains.

Key responsibilities

• Employment law: drafting contracts, handling disciplinary matters, terminations, end‑of‑service benefits and MOHRE complaints.
• EOR and PRO: managing third‑party employment arrangements, MOHRE classification, client agreements and labour supply compliance.
• Visas: overseeing work permits, visa processing and cancellations, handling absconding cases and supporting the PRO team.
• Real estate: preparing tenancy agreements, Ejari, RERA matters and leases for offices and staff accommodation.
• Commercial: drafting client agreements, recruitment terms, sub‑contracts, supplier agreements and NDAs.
• Disputes: assisting with debt recovery and dispute support, coordinating with external counsel as needed.
• Documentation: creating standard templates, policies and maintaining a proper document trail across the group.

Required profile

• UAE legal experience with a focus on employment law, including Federal Decree‑Law No. 33 of 2021.
• Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
• Law degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• Working knowledge of MOHRE and visa processes.
• Knowledge of UAE real estate law, such as RERA and tenancy matters.
