Legal Associate – Dubai (UAE)

About the role

We are looking for a qualified Legal Associate to join our contracting company in Dubai. The role involves providing comprehensive legal support, representing the firm before judicial authorities, and ensuring full compliance with local laws and regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Offer legal advice to the company and its subsidiaries on rights, obligations, and possible actions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, legal opinions, and reports in line with labour and commercial regulations.
• Represent the organisation in courts of all levels and participate in legal proceedings as required.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to deliver accurate, up‑to‑date advice.
• Monitor ongoing cases, track developments, and report outcomes.
• Support corporate, commercial, real‑estate, and trade‑related compliance matters.
• Maintain legal documentation, case files, and administrative processes efficiently.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in law from a recognised institution.
• 1–2 years of relevant legal experience.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labour laws, regulations, and procedures.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking abilities.
• Professionalism, integrity, and meticulous attention to detail.
