Legal Consultant (Dubai)

About the role

The Legal Consultant will join Tarish Al Mansoori Advocates & Legal Consultants in Dubai, providing expert legal advice and support to a diverse client base. This full‑time, on‑site position involves delivering practical counsel, drafting and reviewing contracts, and assisting with litigation and dispute resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on various matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and other legal documents.
• Support litigation and dispute resolution processes.
• Analyze legal issues, prepare opinions, memoranda, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders during negotiations.
• Maintain accurate legal records and documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB); advanced qualifications are a plus.
• Bar admission or equivalent professional license, preferably in the UAE.
• Strong foundation in interpreting legislation and case law.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Arabic and English.
• Analytical, research and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Experience in a law firm or corporate legal department, especially within the UAE.
