Lifestyle Manager – Arabic Speaking

About the role

Quintessentially Dubai is seeking a bilingual Lifestyle Manager to serve its most valuable private and corporate members. The role blends concierge services with high‑touch client relationship management, ensuring every request—whether routine or extraordinary—is fulfilled with precision and flair.

Key responsibilities

• Provide premium phone and in‑person support to members, handling reservations, transportation, tickets, and travel arrangements.
• Research, curate, and present proposals for exclusive events, limited‑edition items, and once‑in‑a‑lifetime experiences.
• Liaise with a network of luxury suppliers and partners on behalf of members.
• Maintain accurate member profiles and activity logs within the CRM system.
• Represent Quintessentially at networking events and uphold brand standards.
• Achieve individual and team performance KPIs.

Required profile

• Background in hospitality, luxury brands, executive assistance, or servicing UHNW individuals.
• Fluent in English, Arabic and French, both written and spoken.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive, ‘can‑do’ attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet strict deadlines and handle night or weekend shifts.

Required skills

• Strong online research capabilities.
• Experience with CRM administration.
