Listing Coordinator

About the role

The Listing Coordinator is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Dubai, responsible for creating, updating and managing property listings across multiple online platforms. The role ensures that all listing information, photos and descriptions are accurate, appealing and aligned with Amaya Escapes’ brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with operations and guest‑relations teams to gather detailed property information.
• Create and maintain listings on MLS and other online platforms, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Track listing performance, analyse data and make adjustments to improve visibility and bookings.
• Liaise with real‑estate partners and internal stakeholders to support reservations and resolve listing‑related issues.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service skills for interaction with internal teams, partners and guests.
• Knowledge of MLS platforms and experience managing online property listings, preferably in Dubai or the wider UAE.
• High level of organization, attention to detail and ability to handle multiple listings simultaneously.
• Ability to work on‑site in Dubai and collaborate in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.
