Luxury Advisor – HOB (Fragrance & Beauty)

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Luxury Advisor to join our high‑end fragrance boutique. In this client‑facing position you will create memorable in‑store experiences, guide customers through our exclusive perfume collections, and drive sales while upholding the brand’s prestige.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong loyalty through personalized consultations.
• Answer product‑related queries, advise on scent profiles, and recommend ranges that match client needs.
• Demonstrate product usage, benefits, and storytelling for each fragrance.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to store‑wide performance.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure timely stock replenishment.
• Generate daily sales reports, track sell‑out targets, and monitor post‑launch performance.
• Collaborate with the team to meet incentive programs and promotional goals.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in luxury retail, preferably in fragrance, beauty or fashion.
• Strong passion for perfumes and an ability to profile scents accurately.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a polished, professional appearance.
• Proven track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.

Required skills

• Proficiency with clienteling and CRM tools.
