About the role

Luxarabia Real Estate is expanding its international sales team in Dubai. We are seeking ambitious multilingual consultants to connect high‑net‑worth clients with luxury property opportunities across the emirate’s most prestigious communities.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international clients.
• Assist clients in buying, selling, and investing in Dubai’s luxury real‑estate market.
• Conduct property viewings and present suitable investment opportunities.
• Generate and qualify leads using company resources and personal networks.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and follow up with prospects.
• Stay informed on market trends, new developments, and investment prospects.
• Negotiate and close transactions while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Consistently achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.

Required profile

• Fluent in French, German, Italian, or English (UK).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building abilities.
