Luxury Real Estate Executive

About the role

The Luxury Real Estate Executive will manage and grow a portfolio of high‑end residential and commercial properties in Abu Dhabi. The role involves prospecting, networking and building long‑term client relationships to drive sales in the luxury segment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct property viewings, present offers and negotiate terms with clients.
• Prepare and manage all transaction documentation, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards.
• Liaise with developers, landlords and investors to secure listings and close deals.
• Maintain accurate records in the company’s CRM system and stay updated on market trends, pricing and new projects.
• Collaborate with internal sales, listing, marketing and business‑development teams to optimise listings and achieve sales targets.

Required profile

• Strong understanding or willingness to develop expertise in UAE luxury real‑estate and commercial real‑estate markets.
• Knowledge of property and facility management, with the ability to coordinate internal teams and service providers.
• Basic to advanced finance skills, including investment returns, payment plans and mortgage concepts.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities; fluency in English, Arabic a plus.
• Proactive, target‑driven mindset with strong organisational and time‑management skills.
