Luxury Retail Manager – New Concept

About the role

Shamal Holding is seeking a dynamic manager to launch and lead a new premium consumer concept in Dubai. You will own the business end‑to‑end, driving revenue, growth and an exceptional guest experience from pre‑opening through early trading.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the launch of a new luxury retail concept, overseeing pre‑opening set‑up, opening and early operations.
• Own commercial performance, including revenue, profitability and growth targets.
• Drive business development through corporate partnerships, brand collaborations, events and new client channels.
• Build a loyal, high‑value client base through personalised clienteling and premium guest experience.
• Recruit, lead and develop a high‑performing team, fostering a culture of service excellence and accountability.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and brand partners to shape the business plan and maintain brand standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification.
• 3‑5 years of leadership experience in luxury retail, premium lifestyle or high‑end hospitality retail.
• Proven track record of P&L ownership and delivering commercial results.
• Strong business development and relationship‑building abilities.
• Experience with store or boutique openings is an advantage.
