Manager - Accounts and Finance

About the role

The Manager - Accounts and Finance will lead financial planning, analysis, and operational controls for Apparel LLC, ensuring alignment with business objectives and supporting strategic growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and long‑term financial plans, and monitor budget versus actual performance.
• Conduct detailed P&L analysis, support pricing strategies, cost‑saving initiatives, and evaluate business unit performance.
• Oversee financial operations including transaction posting, reconciliations, month‑end close, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and audit requirements.
• Collaborate with operations, retail, and commercial teams to provide dashboards, variance analyses, and financial insights for senior leadership.
• Guide and mentor finance team members, fostering accuracy and high‑quality service.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field; ACCA, CPA or CMA a plus.
• 6–10 years of finance experience with progression in planning, reporting and controls, preferably in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Strong understanding of financial metrics such as cost analysis, variance reporting, COGS and operational KPIs.
• Proven leadership ability to manage and develop finance team members.
