Manager, Cargo Revenue Management

About the role

As the Manager of Cargo Revenue Management you will own cargo revenue for a regional portfolio, leading a team of Revenue Analysts to optimise freighter, belly and RFS utilisation. You will work closely with Network Planning, Commercial, Operations and Pricing to ensure actions are aligned with the airline’s strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Revenue Analysts managing a regional route portfolio.
• Monitor portfolio KPIs (LF, SCB) and drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee capacity utilisation, allocation strategy, demand steering and disruption recovery.
• Validate Entry Conditions with analysts before flight openings and monitor booking trends.
• Collaborate with Pricing, Network Planning, Operations and Commercial to align strategies and capture revenue opportunities.
• Drive the rollout of the new Revenue Management system, including training and workflow optimisation.
• Support strategic initiatives such as seasonal planning, process improvements and dashboard enhancements.

Required profile

• University degree in Economics, Business, Statistics or a related quantitative discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 5 years of airline industry experience, including at least 3 years in Cargo Revenue Management.
