Manager - Inside Sales

About the role

Bayut and Dubizzle, part of the Dubizzle Group, are recruiting a Manager - Inside Sales. You will train, mentor and lead a team of Sales Account Managers, telesales executives and Coordinators who sell products over the phone and make monthly client visits.

Key responsibilities

• Train, mentor and lead the sales team, developing talent through guidance, feedback, coaching and development opportunities so members can reach their targets.
• Meet or exceed the team's productivity with 100% accuracy, and meet SLAs on volume, customer service and number of clients converted.
• Set and track sales targets, develop strategies to promote adherence to company regulations and performance goals, and conduct team meetings on best practices and expectations.
• Generate detailed reports on team performance, objectives and deadlines, and prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
• Assist management with hiring and training of new members, answer questions, help with problems and oversee work for quality and guideline compliance.
• Provide quality customer service, including answering inquiries, handling complaints and occasionally visiting customers.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in telesales.
• 4+ years managing teams of telesales or sales executives.
• Analytical, result-oriented and problem-solving mindset, with strong leadership, organisation and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Hands-on experience with Zendesk
• Experience with CRMs (Salesforce is a plus)
• MS Excel
