Manager, Markets Sales – Derivatives

About the role

As a Manager, Markets Sales on the STP Derivative Sales team, you will drive Coinbase Advanced's derivatives growth across the UAE, MENA, and Europe by building relationships with professional traders and representing Coinbase at key events.

Key responsibilities

• Own and expand a network of professional traders across the UAE, MENA, and Europe, managing the full client acquisition pipeline.
• Execute the regional sales strategy, meeting targets for market penetration, trading volume growth, and client expansion.
• Partner with Product, Risk, and Compliance to localize perpetual futures, futures, and options for regional requirements.
• Represent Coinbase at client meetings, industry events, and conferences, deepening relationships and sourcing new opportunities.
• Build and optimise sales processes, CRM workflows, and pipeline tracking to improve efficiency and reporting.

Required profile

• 8+ years in derivatives sales, trading, or structuring (crypto or FX/rates/equities) with direct P&L responsibility.
• Proven track record of sourcing and closing high‑value clients in the UAE, MENA, or European markets.
• Deep knowledge of regional crypto regulatory and market environments.
• Experience working with professional and advanced retail traders on derivatives platforms.
• Willingness to travel regularly within the region for meetings and events.
