Managing Consultant, Services Business Development

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Managing Consultant to lead business development for its Services portfolio across Retail & Commerce and Fintech & Digital segments in the UAE and Oman. You will act as the face of Mastercard Services, building relationships with senior executives and driving multi‑year, multi‑million‑dollar revenue opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end business development activities for Services in the assigned regions.
• Refine and present value propositions for new and existing Services capabilities.
• Engage C‑suite and senior stakeholders to generate excitement and demand for Mastercard solutions.
• Develop customized, value‑driven narratives and presentations for new business pitches.
• Collaborate with internal product, data, and analytics teams to align offerings with client needs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in consultative sales of data‑driven products, platforms, or analytic services.
• Strong achievement orientation, intellectual curiosity, resilience, and diligence.
• Excellent communication skills, able to simplify complex ideas for senior audiences.
• Experience working with retailers, telecom operators, digital players, travel & entertainment, airlines, or fintech companies.
