Managing Director – GCC (Beauty & Consumer)

About the role

We are seeking a commercially driven Managing Director to own the GCC P&L for a leading international beauty and consumer business. This senior leadership position requires setting strategic direction, shaping the organisation, and delivering profitable growth across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the GCC P&L, accountable for revenue, profitability and growth.
• Define and execute a multi‑year strategy to strengthen brand position and commercial model.
• Identify partnership and channel opportunities that drive sustainable growth.
• Collaborate with marketing and commercial teams to build demand, set KPIs and measure marketing ROI.
• Accelerate e‑commerce, optimise route‑to‑market and improve overall performance.
• Develop and nurture customer and partner relationships to reinforce brand standing.
• Lead, develop and grow a high‑performing organisation across commercial, marketing and digital functions.

Required profile

• Seasoned general manager with full P&L leadership experience in the UAE or wider Middle East.
• Background in beauty, personal care, consumer health or premium FMCG.
• Proven track record of leading growth or transformation, especially in brand‑building and commercial discipline.
• Deep understanding of multiple channels, routes to market and digital/e‑commerce growth.
• Comfortable owning numbers, engaging the market and inspiring multi‑functional teams in a regional matrix.
• Commercially sharp, people‑oriented, decisive in ambiguity and resilient.
• 12–15+ years of experience, including senior general‑management or commercial leadership with full P&L ownership.
