Media Buyer (LinkedIn, Meta & Google Ads)

About the role

AXD is hiring a full-time Media Buyer in Dubai to plan, launch, manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads. The role focuses on reaching the right audience, generating qualified leads and maximising ROI.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and manage paid campaigns on LinkedIn, Meta and Google Ads
• Develop audience targeting strategies to reach the right audience and generate qualified leads
• Monitor and optimise campaign performance to maximise ROI and meet business goals
• Manage advertising budgets and track key metrics such as CPC, CPM, CPL, CPA and ROAS
• Run A/B tests on ad creatives, copy, audiences and landing pages
• Set up and monitor conversion tracking, pixels and campaign analytics
• Analyse campaign data and share regular performance reports with actionable insights
• Stay up to date on advertising trends, platform updates and best practices

Required profile

• Proven experience managing LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns
• Strong knowledge of paid media strategy, audience targeting and campaign optimisation
• Experience in lead generation, conversion tracking and performance marketing
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on results and continuous improvement
