About the role

Join a reputable healthcare organization in Dubai as a Medical Receptionist. You will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, ensuring a smooth and professional experience at the front desk.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist patients and visitors with a courteous attitude.
• Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments using the clinic’s booking system.
• Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate staff.
• Maintain accurate patient records and update appointment information.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to facilitate patient flow.
• Perform general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and handling correspondence.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a receptionist, medical receptionist, or customer service role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and a positive, customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced healthcare environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with appointment scheduling software.
• Basic computer literacy (email, word processing, and data entry).
• Familiarity with medical terminology is an advantage.
