Mid-level / Senior Lawyer – Commercial & Product Law

About the role

The Mid-level / Senior Lawyer will act as the primary legal partner for commercial, product, and marketing matters in Dubai. You will manage routine and complex issues independently, allowing the Head of Legal to focus on strategic priorities while maintaining overall oversight.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including SaaS, vendor, licensing, strategic partnership and technology contracts.
• Provide day‑to‑day legal advice on product development, structuring and contract lifecycle management, working closely with product managers.
• Support marketing and CRM teams by reviewing promotional materials and ensuring compliance with applicable laws.
• Assist the Head of Legal on strategic projects such as joint ventures, market entry and large‑scale partnerships, and manage external counsel.

Required profile

• UK‑educated with 3–6 years post‑qualification experience in a UK law firm or reputable in‑house team.
• Strong background in contract drafting, review and negotiation, able to work autonomously.
• Experience with media, technology, communications matters and cross‑border commercial work.
• Detail‑oriented, excellent written English and confident communicator.
