Mid Market Account Manager – Dubai

About the role

Deliveroo is looking for a Mid Market Account Manager to join its restaurant partnership team in Dubai. You will act as a consultant to our most important restaurant partners, using data‑driven insights to help them grow while delivering revenue for Deliveroo.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of high‑volume and global restaurant brands.
• Maintain and develop relationships with key restaurant industry partners.
• Analyse performance data to drive growth and profitability for both partners and Deliveroo.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations and other internal teams to launch new projects.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in a relevant industry, preferably restaurant or food‑delivery.
• Strong organisational abilities and a collaborative, team‑player mindset.
• Passion for building relationships and thriving in a fast‑changing environment.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
