Mid Market Account Manager (Dubai)

About the role

Deliveroo is looking for a Mid Market Account Manager to lead relationships with its most important restaurant partners in Dubai. You will act as a trusted advisor, using data insights to help partners grow while driving revenue for the company.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of high‑volume and global restaurant brands, ensuring their success on the Deliveroo platform.
• Analyse performance data to identify growth opportunities and improve profitability for both partners and Deliveroo.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations and other internal teams to launch new initiatives and projects.
• Provide strategic guidance and day‑to‑day support to restaurant partners, acting as their primary point of contact.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in a relevant commercial or account‑management role.
• Strong organisational abilities and a collaborative, team‑player mindset.
• Passion for building relationships and thriving in a fast‑changing environment.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
