About the role

A leading government healthcare facility in the UAE is looking for an experienced Nurse Manager to lead nursing operations, uphold high standards of patient care, and support both clinical and administrative functions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage nursing teams across assigned departments.
• Oversee daily nursing operations to ensure efficient patient care delivery.
• Develop, implement, and update nursing policies, procedures, and clinical standards.
• Monitor quality, patient safety, infection control, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage staff scheduling, performance reviews, training, and professional development.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams.
• Track nursing KPIs and contribute to quality‑improvement initiatives.
• Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to healthcare standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent; Master’s degree in Nursing or Healthcare Management is an advantage.
• Proven nursing management experience, preferably in a hospital or large healthcare facility.
• Strong leadership, team‑management, and communication abilities.
• Experience in clinical governance, quality improvement, and patient safety.
• Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams in high‑volume clinical environments.
