Online Account Manager – Local Shops

About the role

As an Online Account Manager for local shops, you will be the main point of contact for partner restaurants on the Talabat platform. You will develop business through proactive outreach, maintain long‑term relationships, and ensure restaurant listings are accurate and attractive to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular business reviews with restaurant partners to identify growth opportunities.
• Maintain continuous communication via phone and email to resolve operational issues.
• Keep restaurant menus up‑to‑date and optimise content such as delivery times and menu photos.
• Negotiate commission rates and promote advertising solutions, including stickers, banners and newsletters.
• Drive digitalisation initiatives like track‑order features, online payment gateways and brand‑enhancing tools.
• Coordinate with restaurants to ensure active status on Talabat and troubleshoot shutdowns.
• Provide detailed CRM updates using Salesforce.com, including activity reports and 30‑day plans.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of sales or account‑management experience.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
