Operations Manager - Plant Piping

About the role

The Operations Manager – Plant Piping will lead and manage plant piping construction activities for large‑scale oil & gas EPC projects in Abu Dhabi. The role ensures safe, on‑time delivery while coordinating with multiple disciplines on‑site.

Key responsibilities

• Lead plant piping construction, overseeing planning, execution, and resource allocation.
• Manage manpower, subcontractors, and material logistics to maintain productivity and quality.
• Ensure compliance with client specifications, HSE requirements, QA/QC standards, and contractual obligations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate closely with engineering, procurement, planning, QA/QC, and client teams to meet milestones and budget targets.
• Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in plant piping projects, preferably within EPC/contracting environments.
• Proven experience managing large‑scale oil & gas projects in the GCC region.
• Willingness to work on a site‑based assignment.
