Operations / Plant Manager

About the role

Concept Vapor Solutions FZCO is seeking an experienced Operations / Plant Manager to lead manufacturing activities in its Jebel Ali Free Zone facility. The role focuses on ensuring production efficiency, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily plant and production operations, including scheduling, manpower, materials, and resources.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs, and UAE regulatory requirements while overseeing inventory, warehouse, and supply coordination.
• Lead production teams, monitor operational KPIs, and control productivity, waste, and costs.
• Coordinate with QA/QC, HR, Supply Chain, and senior management, and support audits, inspections, and facility expansion.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (mandatory).
• Hands‑on GMP manufacturing experience (mandatory).
• 5–7+ years of relevant experience in manufacturing, plant operations, or operations management.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, SOPs, quality standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Proven leadership, planning, and problem‑solving abilities.

• ERP/MRP or other manufacturing software.
• Pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
