Oracle ERP Financial Consultant

About the role

The Oracle ERP Financial Consultant will support, implement, optimize, and integrate Oracle ERP financial processes with e‑Invoicing platforms and meet government and regulatory requirements. The role works closely with Finance, Tax, IT, business users, third‑party solution providers, and regulatory authorities.

Key responsibilities

• Configure Oracle ERP modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CE, Tax, Purchasing, Order Management) based on business and statutory requirements.
• Analyze regulatory and tax requirements and translate them into ERP solutions.
• Prepare functional specifications, process documents, test scenarios, and user guides.
• Lead or support e‑Invoicing implementation and integration with Oracle ERP.
• Ensure correct mapping between Oracle transaction data and the e‑invoicing platform via API, XML, JSON, or middleware.

Required profile

• Degree in IT or Finance (business functions and technology related stream preferred).
• Minimum 12 years of experience managing IT services for finance support functions.
• Functional certification in one or more ERP finance modules preferred.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of Oracle E‑Business Suite R12/R12.2 finance modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CE, Tax, Purchasing, Order Management).
• Experience with e‑Invoicing and electronic tax invoicing, especially UAE VAT requirements.
• Ability to integrate Oracle ERP with e‑invoicing platforms using APIs, XML, JSON, or middleware.
