Outdoor Sales Executive – Field Sales for Engineering Graduates

About the role

We are seeking an energetic Outdoor Sales Executive to join STAR GCC’s distribution network across the UAE. The role focuses on promoting and selling technical pump and pipe solutions directly to customers in the field.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and visit potential and existing customers across all Emirates.
• Present technical product information and demonstrate solutions to meet client needs.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to market share growth.
• Maintain accurate records of visits, orders and customer feedback in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with engineering and service teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Required profile

• Recent engineering graduate (any discipline) willing to work in field sales.
• Indian nationality with eligibility to obtain a UAE employment visa.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn technical products.

Required skills

• Basic understanding of engineering concepts related to pumps and piping.
