Outdoor Sales Executive

About the role

The Outdoor Sales Executive will be the face of JS International LLC in the UAE market, responsible for generating new business and nurturing existing client relationships. This fast‑paced role requires a self‑motivated professional who can work independently while delivering strong sales results and excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
• Identify prospective customers through cold calling, networking and market research.
• Prepare and deliver compelling product presentations to potential buyers.
• Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Gather market intelligence and provide feedback on customer needs and trends.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximise revenue.
• Coordinate with internal sales teams to refine acquisition strategies.
• Attend industry trade shows and events to boost brand visibility.
• Provide after‑sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Submit daily, weekly and monthly sales reports and activity logs.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Outdoor Sales Executive or in a similar field.
• Strong verbal and written communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts.
• Valid UAE driver’s licence and willingness to travel extensively.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related discipline is a plus.
• Positive, goal‑oriented attitude with a track record of meeting sales targets.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using CRM software.
• Competence with Microsoft Office Suite.
