Outdoor Sales & Marketing Executive

About the role

We are seeking an Outdoor Sales & Marketing Executive to drive B2B sales and customer acquisition for jewellery‑making tools, machinery and equipment across the UAE. The role combines field sales activities with on‑site marketing support to engage trade customers.

Key responsibilities

• Visit goldsmiths, jewellery workshops, manufacturers and refineries in Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman and other Northern Emirates.
• Identify new business opportunities, generate leads and demonstrate products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with trade customers, follow up on quotations, orders, deliveries and payments.
• Manage credit customers and ensure timely payment collection.
• Support exhibitions, product launches and other field marketing activities.
• Collect market feedback and identify new sales opportunities.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of B2B field sales experience, preferably in the jewellery, tools or industrial equipment sector.
• Existing network within the jewellery trade is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Comfortable with customer visits, product demonstrations and sales follow‑ups.
• UAE driving licence preferred (company vehicle provided).
• Knowledge of Hindi, Gujarati or Arabic is an advantage.
