Outlet Manager – All Day Dining

About the role

Lead the day‑to‑day operations of a busy, high‑volume All Day Dining restaurant, delivering seamless service and memorable guest experiences across all meals and special events.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee resource planning, workforce management and team scheduling for a fast‑paced operation.
• Mentor, coach and train the Food & Beverage team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous development.
• Collaborate with the Chef de Cuisine on menus, pricing and promotions to maximise guest satisfaction and revenue.
• Maintain inventory control, cost management and strict health, safety and hygiene standards.
• Handle guest feedback, resolve concerns promptly and build strong guest relationships.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a high‑volume restaurant or hotel F&B operation.
• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Management or related field.
• Proven ability to manage a busy All Day Dining outlet with diverse dining requirements.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to drive operational efficiency and revenue.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem‑solving skills in a fast‑paced environment.
